Very friendly and accomadating staff. Close to many city points of interest and walking distance to great restaurants. Onsite travel agent very helpful.
Lacked a cocktail lounge and experience making simple drinks such as a gin martini.

Excellent top grade hotel, especially since I was upgraded to an executive room on arrival! Breakfast Buffet is fantastic and all set up for service by 06:00 which was useful for my early departure flight.

If we had more time we would have enjoyed the spa. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant which was friendly, comfortable and the food was excellent. Also if you ask for a glass of wine you get a good size glass of wine. The bedroooms were comfortable and nicely decorated.
There was nothing not to like in the Alejandro Hotel. The staff, rooms and facilities were perfect.

The hotel is very well kept, with attention to detail. The lighting is good, staff uniforms clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is so named in memory of the owner's son and the love shows.

I loved the Beautiful Double or Twin Room, not only spacious but also beautifully furnished with local decorations! The breakfast spread was a treat, with a good variety of fresh fruits and pastries, made each morning special. After exploring the city, I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and steam room with the perfect relaxation after a busy day.
strongly recommend ❤️❤️

Well-established hotel with great location. No guesswork necessary.
Confirmed reservation said superior room guaranteed floors 3-8 but we were put on the 2nd floor (staff said part of second floor was considered "superior"). Carpet in 2nd room floor was stained. Staff was initially unwilling to check us in at noon because we were too early.

The congress that I attended was in the same hotel. Going up to my room or down to the congress was very sweet.
It's not so bad, but the pool could be a little bigger. That's all.
